Returns Policy.   Under the conditions outlined in the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel any purchase if you notify us in writing within seven days of ordering, or receipt of the goods, (whichever is the longer). This should be done by e-mail to this site, (sales@parkmusic.co.uk) or by letter (recorded delivery) to our store address. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days. You will be responsible for the cost of, and the safe return of the goods. Card payments will normally be refunded within 7 days, but no longer than 30 days of the goods being received back and confirmed to be in new condition.  In the event of a cancellation we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the credit card handling amount charged to us by Worldpay.
