Making A Purchase,
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the pages of our on-line store, click on the 'Add to Basket' button for any items that you wish to buy and this will automatically place them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and you will be asked for a few important details that we need to be able to complete the order. You will receive an order acknowledgement/invoice from us once your order has been accepted.
Alternatively you can click on 'Reserve this Item', fill in a few details and we will hold the item for 4 days. You can then pay on collection from the shop.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You may give your credit/debit card information ordering by phone, or electronically by purchasing over the Internet. You may also pay by posting a cheque to our above address (please allow at least 7 working days for clearance), just place your order and put “Cheque Sent” in the text box. This ensures you order is being processed from the time of your Online order.
The two payment options are, WORLDPAY or Paypal.
PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY SHIP TO THE REGISTERED CARD ADDRESS UNLESS THE TRANSACTION IS VERIFIED BY VISA OR MASTERCODE SECURECODE.
Manufacturers reserve the right to change specification without notice. Whilst we endeavour to ensure specifications shown are correct and up to date, their may be instances where such manufacturing changes occur without our knowledge.
Park Music reserves the right to reject the offer of purchase and cancel the order for any of the following reasons:
* We are unable to obtain satisfactory payment authorisation
* We are unable to deliver to a specific location
* We are unable to confirm or verify your address information
* The item you have ordered is out of stock
* There is an error in the product, image, description or pricing, whether it is online, email, verbal or printed.
Shipping And Handling. All of the prices quoted within this web site include VAT and free delivery for orders above £50, (£6.95 for orders under £50)-- to any address in the mainland UK. (Highland region may have a surcharge. Please ask for a quote). If you are ordering from overseas, outside the UK, please contact us for a shipping quotation. Payment to ship abroad must be made by Bank Transfer. Goods are shipped as soon as payment is received.
Please unpack with care and check all items thoroughly upon receipt. All claims for transit/carrier damage must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will not accept any claims of this nature after this period. We check all goods prior to despatch, and pack them carefully so your order should arrive in pristine condition.
Delivery Schedule. We will normally despatch your order, if available from our stock, within 48 hours of receipt. When placing your order please enter any special requirements in the box provided, eg, Cheque Sent or Setup with Ernie Ball 9s.
Should you fail to be available to receive the goods at your selected delivery address, we reserve the right to charge you for any additional carriage costs incurred.
Stock availability should be 99% correct on the site. However, if an item is out of stock we will e-mail you and advise of anticipated delivery. You will be able to then cancel the order, or select an alternative product.
Prices. All prices on the site are for web sales. Some prices may be different "instore".
Tax Charges. All orders are charged at the ruling UK VAT rate of 20%.
Credit Card Security.
All credit card and debit card transactions made on this site are processed via WORLDPAY. As one of the leading internet payment service providers, WORLDPAY has an extremely secure encrypted system giving you every safeguard possible.
Guarantee. All of our products come complete with manufacturers warranty/guarantee. Guarantee periods vary by product. If you require further information about a specific item please do not hesitate to contact us.
Should your product develop a fault within 14 days of delivery please contact us by phone on 01383-721759 or by e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise for the item to be repaired or replaced. Should the product develop a fault after 14 days of delivery you will be covered by the manufacturers guarantee where applicable and appropriate action will be taken.
We will generally uplift any product with a Manufacturing Defect at our own expense within a 3 Month Period. (You will be responsible for adequate packaging). After this period, you will be responsible for the cost of the return.
Returns Policy. Under the conditions outlined in the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel any purchase if you notify us in writing within seven days of ordering, or receipt of the goods, (whichever is the longer). This should be done by e-mail to this site, (email@example.com) or by letter (recorded delivery) to our store address. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days. You will be responsible for the cost of, and the safe return of the goods. Card payments will normally be refunded within 7 days, but no longer than 30 days of the goods being received back and confirmed to be in new condition. In the event of a cancellation we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the credit card handling amount charged to us by Worldpay.

Remittance Terms. All payments are considered to fulfil a contract of sale and all purchases are therefore covered by the sale of goods act and ruling UK laws.
